The SPD team organized a national Sustainable Product and Production System Development workshop

A workshop and networking session together with the research groups in the area of Sustainable Product and Production System Development from Chalmers University of Technology, Jönköping University, and Blekinge University of Technology.
We shared our ongoing research in sustainable product and production development and explored questions such as: 

  • How can we create real impact with our research? 

  • How do we better connect sustainable product development with sustainable production? 

  • What joint interests and opportunities for collaboration do we have?

It was an inspiring and productive workshop with many valuable ideas on how we can work together moving forward. A big thank you to everyone who joined and contributed.

A common workshop at NordDesign 2026 is planned. We hope to see participants from all over the world.
